Ekamant is one of the world leading producers of coated abrasives for the wood industry. With more than 80 years in the business, it is also one of the oldest - as well as one the most innovative, with a history of introducing groundbreaking
coating abrasive technology.
Our products can be found all over the global wood industry from large manufacturing plants to small wood working shops from China to the US. But we still have our hearts, main production plant and head office in the small town of Markaryd, in the southern Swedish province of Småland, where Ekamant was founded in 1928.

Ekamant abrasives are sold in more than 50 countries all over the world through local partners and distributors. We have own sales organizations and conversion plants in eight countries and employ around 430 people.
